Billing FAQ
- How does billing work during the beta?
- The beta is invite-only and free: beta users get every shipped capability at no charge. The four tiers take effect at general availability, and beta users receive early-bird benefits when they do.
- Will I be charged automatically when I hit a quota?
- No. Quotas are hard by design: at the limit, the feature pauses and prompts an upgrade. An overage bill is never generated.
- What's the difference between the Free and paid AI models?
- Free runs on strong domestic open models (DeepSeek / Qwen) for the baseline experience; Pro and above run on Claude deep models, with markedly higher evaluation and generation quality — which is the main reason to pay.
- What is Team's three-tier review workflow?
- A review chain built for studios: AI pre-assessment → story-editor first pass → chief-editor final pass, with an audit trail at every step. Divergence between AI judgment and human verdicts flows back to calibrate the evaluation system.
- How does Enterprise's private flywheel differ from the standard version?
- Standard Skills are calibrated on industry-wide benchmarks. The private flywheel tunes evaluation weights and thresholds on your own hit history, so the standard grows into your company's standard — with strict isolation: your data never enters another customer's models.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- At general availability: corporate bank transfer and major online payments; Team and Enterprise also support contract procurement. No payment is required during the beta.
